By SANDRA BAKER FORT WORTH - Val Wilkie was honored Wednesday by the Volunteers of America Texas for his lifetime contributions as executive vice president of the Sid W. Richardson Foundation in Fort Worth.Wilkie was recognized for having guided millions of dollars in grants to the health and well-being of Texans, the group said.
